Filings Wire
Every new or changed data-center permit action in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Texas — air, water, stormwater, wetlands — with the agency document attached and the figures it states. One email and one CSV, every Monday there's something to report.
You're in. The next issue goes to the email you gave Stripe, with the CSV attached. Receipts and cancellation are in the Stripe email; nothing else to set up.

What each row carries
- Site name, operator or applicant, county, municipality, and the link to its record on the map
- Permit agency, type, subtype, permit number, status, and the comment deadline where one is open
- Document the agency record or PDF behind the row — never a press report
- Figures generator count, MW, fuel, permitted NOx, quoted from the document where it states them
- Corrections every change accepted to the curated air ledger, with the source that forced it
What this does not change
The public site stays public. The map, every site record, every figure and every document link are posted the day they are verified, for everyone. What subscribers pay for is assembly and speed: the week's actions in one place, Monday, with the CSV. Each issue is posted here in full two weeks later. Nobody sees the ledger before anyone else and nobody influences what it says. Disclosed on the funding line.
Is the scope wrong?
Say so. If the states, the permit types, the cadence or the figures aren't what your desk needs, reply with what would be, and we will tell you plainly whether we can do it: research@datacenterpermits.org.
