Data access

The whole record as data, for a script, a model, or a spreadsheet: every permit and site in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Texas, the figures each document states, how each status has moved, who is on record, and what changed today.

The map is the record for people. This is the record for machines.

API key over JSON and CSV endpoints, and an MCP server so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can query the record with citations. Subscribers get both the day they exist, at this rate.

How it works today

Plainly: the endpoints are being built, and the price is set now so the first subscribers lock it. Until the key exists, you get the bulk files by email each morning — full CSV and JSON, the day's diff files, and the Wire on Monday — sent by hand within one business day of subscribing. When the endpoint ships you get a key by email and the files keep coming. If a month goes by and the data was not worth it, say so and it is refunded.

What this does not change

Nothing on the map is held back. Every site record, figure and document link is public the day it is verified. Data access sells the same record in bulk, machine-readable, with history and same-day latency — assembly and speed, not information. Officials appear only in the public roles a cited document puts them in; no contact details are collected or sold. Disclosed on the funding line.
