Schema
Every file carries the same 35 columns, in this order. Each figure column (generator_units, mw_total, nox_tpy, water_gpd) is followed by its evidence label and measurement type. A blank cell means no public document states the value; the evidence column says why. What the evidence labels mean · What each number measures

Public-record data, CC0 for the compiled ledger; cite the source documents, not this site, for any figure.
The source_url and action_url columns point to the controlling document for each row. Corrections follow the corrections policy; every change to a row is logged on the News page.
