> The public permit record for data centers in the United States: sites, every permit type (air, water, stormwater, tanks, wetlands), the figures the documents state, the companies named on them, and the local boards and dockets that decide. Every row links its source document. Independent, no affiliation with any agency or company.

Coverage as of 2026-09-28: 336 sites and 701 permits in PA, TX, VA; 112 companies; 1 municipal power graph. Source of truth is a public Google Sheet; the site is regenerated from it.

Key facts for agents:
- Figures are only what a permit, notice or tracker states; "Not published" means no public document states it. Announced capacity is labelled as such and never mixed with permitted capacity.
- Permit status vocabulary: anticipated (tracker placeholder, nothing filed) · applied · under-review · public-notice · issued · denied · withdrawn · expired.
- Relationship status: "pending" = a vote, application or transfer that has not happened; "recorded" = a document says it did. Every relationship row carries source_url and source_kind.
- Companies are resolved by an exact alias list; project LLCs are separate rows with parent_id. Nothing is merged by fuzzy match.
- People appear only by name and role as a cited public roster, minutes, filing or article gives them, gated by public_role=TRUE. No contact details exist in the data. - IDs: site_id (<st>-<facility-slug>), permit_id (<st>-<permit-number>), entity_id (co-|body-|agency-|docket-|agg-), person_id (p-…), rel_id (10-hex sha1). Never renamed once created.
